Answer: 44

Solution: The order is 1 2 3  .... 16 Ram 18 19 20 ... 58 59 60

So position from last is 60 - 16 = 44


2. Some candidates sit in a line to write an exam. Candidate 31 sits behind Candidate 48 but before Candidate 57. Candidate 91 sits behind Candidate 57 but before Candidate 78. Candidate 48 sits behind Candidate 25 but before Candidate 31. Which candidate sits last?

So Q sits 3rd to the right of T


11. Nitin's position in a class is 13th from first and 17th from last, and 8th from the first and 13th from last in the passed candidates list, then how many candidates failed in his class?

Answer: 9

Solution: Total number of candidates = 13+17 -1 = 29

Total number of passed candidates = 8+13 -1 = 20.

Failed candidates count = 29 - 20 = 9.

Statement : Six girls came to railway station. Pavithra came before Sandhya and after Malini. Lily came before Riya and after Sandhya. Vidhya came before Malini.
